Every prospective or returning driver completes the governed tryout. Membership, rank, purchases, friendship, sponsorship, recommendation, invitation, and prior team history do not bypass it.
Threshold eligibility unlocks an application. It never guarantees scheduling, a passing result, or a roster position.
